Miller Kendrick have been appointed to design and project manage the extension and refurbishment of a Grade II listed Regency-period villa in Leamington Spa.
Whilst the front of the property will remain unchanged given the listed status, the rear will be transformed with the addition of a strikingly modern extension made up of glass and metal cladding, which will open up to views out onto the garden and maximise daylight into the back of the house. The rear of the house will also be re-planned and rationalised to provide an open-plan kitchen / dining room arrangement.
